Request Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the Root Cause AI and NConform mobile apps, published by Iron Stratos LLC (trade name IronStratos). You do not need to be signed in — or even have the app installed — to make a request.

How to Request Deletion

Email privacy@ironstratos.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", sent from the Google account email address you used to sign in to the app. Tell us which app(s) the request covers — Root Cause AI, NConform, or both.

Sending from the sign-in address is how we verify the request. If you can no longer access that address, say so in your email and we will work with you to verify your identity another way.

We respond to every request within 7 business days, and complete verified deletions within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy (most are completed much sooner). We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.

What Is Deleted

A verified deletion request removes, for the app(s) you name:

• Your account (Google sign-in identity, email address, and profile details)
• All synced records tied to your account — investigations, NCRs, safety observations, corrective actions, training records, and shift/hand-off data
• Photos and other attachments you uploaded
• Push-notification tokens and device registrations
• The API keys that connected your device to cloud sync

What Is Retained, and for How Long

We keep nothing beyond the following, and nothing indefinitely:

• Legal and accounting records — if you had a paid subscription, we retain the minimal transaction records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. These do not include your app content.
• Backups — deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups for a short period before those backups expire on a rolling basis, within the 90-day window above.
• Team workspace records — if you shared records into a team workspace (Bundle), copies already delivered to other members of that workspace may persist in the workspace after your account is deleted, in the same way an email you sent remains with its recipients. Your name is retained on those records only as attribution; ask us in your request if you want attribution removed too.

Aside from the items above, nothing is retained after deletion is complete.

Using the Free Tier? Your Data Is Already Local-Only

If you never signed in to a cloud account, Root Cause AI and NConform store all of your data only on your device — we hold no copy of it. Uninstalling the app removes it completely. There is no account to delete on our side.
