These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ironstratos.com website, the Root Cause AI and NConform mobile applications, and the Pro Web platform at app.ironstratos.com (collectively, the "Services"), each provided by Iron Stratos LLC ("Iron Stratos," "we," "us," or "our"). IronStratos is the trade name of Iron Stratos LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
We provide software tools for manufacturing quality management, root cause analysis, and reliability engineering. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are the property of Iron Stratos LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit; see the applicable subscription agreement for details on data ownership and processing.
Pro Web (direct billing). Pro Web is offered on an annual subscription billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Unless you cancel before the end of the then-current term, your subscription automatically renews for successive annual terms at the then-current rate, and you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal. New subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial; if you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription converts to a paid annual term. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your subscription agreement. The specific terms for Pro Web are set out in the IronStratos Pro Subscription Agreement.
Mobile in-app purchases. Subscriptions or purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and subject to the terms of, the respective app store. Those platform terms govern billing, renewals, and refunds for in-app purchases.
We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our software is designed to assist with quality, root-cause, and safety workflows; it does not replace professional engineering, quality, or safety judgment. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Stratos LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [COUNTY], Alabama.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
