IronStratos is the trade name of Iron Stratos LLC. This policy covers the ironstratos.com website and all of our products (collectively, the "Services"): Root Cause AI (root-cause-analysis mobile app), NConform (nonconformance/quality mobile app), and Pro Web (our web quality platform at app.ironstratos.com).

Pro Web Customer Data is stored in Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States (us-east-1 region). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between organizations — to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Following a verified deletion request (or account closure), we delete or anonymize your personal information and Customer Data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it longer to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) may exercise these rights and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
