Iron Stratos LLC ("Iron Stratos," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. IronStratos is the trade name of Iron Stratos LLC. This policy covers the ironstratos.com website and all of our products (collectively, the "Services"): Root Cause AI (root-cause-analysis mobile app), NConform (nonconformance/quality mobile app), and Pro Web (our web quality platform at app.ironstratos.com).

We collect information you provide directly to us when you use our Services, including:
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our Services; process subscriptions and payments; respond to your inquiries and provide support; communicate updates about our Services; analyze usage to improve user experience; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Our mobile apps can send notifications such as review reminders, overdue action alerts, investigation follow-ups, and safety alerts from your team. Notifications are controlled by the toggles in the app's Settings, and the app asks for your device's notification permission only when at least one of those toggles is on. To deliver time-sensitive alerts while the app is closed, the app may run briefly in the background and registers a push token with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Expo push services. On Android, battery optimization can delay or block these alerts; you may choose to set the app's battery usage to "Unrestricted" in your device settings. Background delivery is used only to deliver notifications and sync your own data. It is not used to track your location or to collect additional information, and you can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your device settings.
Pro Web Customer Data is stored in Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States (us-east-1 region). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between organizations — to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Following a verified deletion request (or account closure), we delete or anonymize your personal information and Customer Data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it longer to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) may exercise these rights and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
