These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NConform mobile application (the "App") published by Iron Stratos LLC ("IronStratos," "we," "us," or "our"). IronStratos is the trade name of Iron Stratos LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. NConform is a productivity tool that helps users document nonconformances (NCRs), manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), conduct LPA layered process audits, track training, and record safety observations. The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, safety assessments, regulatory compliance evaluations, or qualified consulting services.
Output generated by the App — including AI pattern-detection results, suggested actions, training assignments, and exported reports — is assistive, not authoritative. You are solely responsible for validating findings and recommendations against your organization's standards, applicable regulations, and qualified professional review before acting on them.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of any data you enter into the App, including NCR descriptions, audit findings, training records, safety observations, and photos. IronStratos does not review, verify, or validate user-entered content, and we make no representation about its quality or correctness.

The App uses AI pattern detection to analyze your records and surface recurring patterns and suggested actions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or wrong. The App's AI features are designed to assist your thinking, not replace it. Treat every AI suggestion as a starting point — verify before adopting.
IronStratos makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, fit for any particular purpose, or compliant with any standard or regulation.
The App is offered free of charge and supported by ads served via Google AdMob. A one-time in-app purchase of $4.99 USD permanently removes all ads on the device of purchase, subject to platform store policies.
All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play. Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase management are governed by the Google Play Store's policies.
The free tier displays ads served via Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of ads and the data collection described in our Privacy Policy. The one-time in-app purchase removes all ads.
The App — including its code, design, brand, and AI prompts — is the property of Iron Stratos LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works of the App.
Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the NCRs, audits, training records, observations, and photos you create. The App stores this content on your device only.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT. IRONSTRATOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRON STRATOS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR REGULATORY FINES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF IRONSTRATOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR FIVE U.S. DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Stratos LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your data, your reliance on AI-generated content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to paid features if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by the platform store's refund policy or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [COUNTY], Alabama.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice and via the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
