Quality & reliability software,
from the floor to the boardroom.

What we do

IronStratos builds manufacturing quality and reliability software. Industry is good at measuring: scrap, OEE, yield, open findings. It is far worse at keeping the part that matters, which is the investigation, the corrective action, and the proof that the root cause went away. That path is what the platform captures and guides to closure.

Root Cause AI leads on the floor, finding the cause and tracking the action. NConform extends it with the quality-system modules: NCR, CAPA, 8D, and layered process audits. Pro Web and Enterprise carry the same records up to plant dashboards and multi-site executive rollups. Every layer is built around ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 45001.

What we believe

Plain language wins

Operators and technicians shouldn't need a certification to log a defect. A 5 Why in plain English beats a perfectly formatted diagram every time.

Standards-first, always

ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 45001. Audit trails, evidence capture, and revision control are built in, not bolted on after the first audit goes sideways.

Mobile-native, not mobile-adapted

Designed for the phone in your pocket, not a desktop app squeezed onto a tablet. Photos, voice notes, and signoffs happen where the work happens.

One record, every level

The technician who captured the investigation, the manager who owns the action, and the executive reviewing every site should all be looking at the same record, not three versions of it.
